Cooper Community Library is thrilled to celebrate our 25th anniversary as a branch of the Paulding County Carnegie Library! Join us on Friday, February 14th, from 10 AM to 5 PM. When you check out an item from our branch, you will be entered into a drawing for two tickets to our Chocolate Extravaganza on March 11 at 7:00 PM. If chocolate isn't your preference, you have the option to receive $50 in cash instead of the tickets. We will be selecting four lucky winners!
