Did you wonder if there will be trick-or-treat this year? This is your chance to WANT to wear a mask! All Oakwood residents are invited to Oakwood Village trick-or-treat day. The Library will participate in a controlled environment. You must stay outside the building until told to go in because we must pace you 6 feet apart as the line of trick-or-treaters moves along. Anyone who violates this rule will have to leave.
