The men's ministry meets regularly and has enjoyed fellowship by attending races, participating in pheasant hunts and other "manly endeavors".
Our church members have also been known to
spontaneously erupt into Euchre card players on Sunday evenings and other
special interest groups. And we have awesome church potluck meals!
The youth of the church enjoy their own choir. Many participate in the hand
bell choir, too. Sunday Church School, Children's Church and Children's Chat
all provide further nourishing in God's word.
The church family takes its ministry into the community with its "famous brats sales" at John Paulding Days and the Flat Rock Creek Festival. The church sponsors special events such as the community Thanksgiving meal, an Ice Cream Social, the Thank God It's Free (TGIF) ministry and a cookie sale at Christmas time.
Each month we try
to get together for fun and fellowship. In January 2007 we went bowling. In
February a group cheered at a Fort Wayne Comets hockey game. Fun events are
