 The Friends of the Paulding County Carnegie Library was founded over twenty years ago as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. The Friends exist to provide monetary and volunteer support for library programs, projects and special events. The Friends are also a key component in communicating with government entities and legislative bodies on the importance of public libraries.
