Pastor's Welcome

"You are citizens along with all of God's holy people. You are members of God's family. We are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We who believe are carefully joined together, becoming a holy temple for the Lord... joined together as part of this dwelling where God lives by his Spirit."

Our church exists because God has called us to be part of his family. It is a tremendous privilege and it is also a tremendous responsibility.

For God has not only invited us to receive his love, he has also instructed us to share his love. So, we as a church family have been called into existence not only to love each other, but also to love our neighbors, our community and the whole world.

Through his Son Jesus and his Holy Spirit, God's love has brought us together. It is his love that sends us back out into the world to  live in our homes, schools and places of work as the members of his family and to communicate the life-changing and life-saving truth that Jesus Christ is Lord of all creation.

He has made this possible through his death and resurrection: he is our only hope, he is our life, and he is the cornerstone of our church!
